When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the contact, company, country, product and project information you provide, together with basic source and campaign data needed to understand the inquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, recommend products, prepare quotations, prevent abusive submissions and improve our B2B website and sales process.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s protected database. Retention periods will follow the approved sales and legal policy before production launch.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by authorized Veacam sales and technical personnel and by infrastructure providers required to operate the website. It is not sold as a consumer mailing list.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting sales@veacam.com. Final legal text will be reviewed before the production domain is switched.
